This was a very simple knitting project – just a straightforward extra woolly for small person for the winter months. The wool was recycled from an old jumper of mine, there is plenty of wool left so I will have to think of another project.
I finished the pieces on Thursday but didn’t have chance to press them and sew it all together until today. The pieces after pressing:
And the finished piece:
Ii is a plain jumper with nothing more complicated than a moss stitch edging on the neck, bottom edge and sleeve cuffs.
These photos aren’t great – I must get more organised and take the photos in daylight.
I am not a skilled knitter, competent but not very adventurous, I need to branch out a little and start challenging myself to make garments that are a little more complicated.
Small person has been very poorly over the last 48 hours but she still managed to be very pleased with her new jumper.
