Shaun the Sheep and risotto (spinach and mackerel from frugal feeding blog).

It is half-term this week so the much anticipated film – Shaun the Sheep – was the order of the day.  Small person has been looking forward to this for weeks and laughed lots.

When we got back I made a wonderful risotto for dinner – spinach and mackerel.  Not a recipe of my own invention but taken from this website:

This is the first recipe I have taken from this website and if the rest are as good as this I will be trying some more.   The risotto was delicious.  I only made one change and that was the use of frozen spinach rather than fresh (because that was all I had).
