Baked fish with herby cream cheese crust

Tonight I didn’t fancy the usual homemade fish and chips – OH and small person had them as usual but I decided to oven bake my fish.

This is not so much a recipe as an idea:

I used a few small pieces of white fish (from frozen), this was coley.


I spread a little bit of soft cheese on each piece.


Then scattered on some breadcrumbs and parsley


Then added a little bit of grated cheese


And baked for about 20 minutes


I had this with some baked sweet potato wedges and a pile of chopped cherry tomatoes.


It was very tasty and a nice alternative to the regular Friday night homemade fish and chips.

Some more quilt piece sewing tonight.    Tomorrow morning small person has a party and tomorrow afternoon we need to get the old broken enormous tv to the tip.
